Lately, I’ve been using the power of Love in meditation.

I send love to my friends and family.

I send love to anyone who has made me feel annoyed or negative

I send love to the world every morning

I send love to the water I drink & the food I eat

I send love to all of humanity who have made my current lifestyle possible

I use love to care for myself and to care for others. I trust that Christ, who is the King of Love, has forgiven me and this allows me to show love, forgiveness, and compassion to others. When we remember that God is Love in its complete and purest form, we realize the importance of spreading its power throughout our daily lives…love has the power to conquer all fear.

I have used love in response to things which are special. I have learned to bless food with love although I don’t always do this practise. Just being part of a website and a common purpose to focus with love is great.

I have found that practicing random Acts of kindness to be great way to spread the love. To stay in the enegy of love and share it with strangers and friends alike. From helping a neighbor it gardening to giving few bucks to the person in line who is just a bit short to get all thier items.Hugs are great as well and free. These are the things that love has given me
